Liz started baking around Christmas time in 2007 when she and best friend Chi decided they wanted to try and make baked goods for friends and family as Christmas gifts. Their first creation? Decorated sugar cookies.
Three years later, Liz joined the Carmen’s team and her expertise now stretches far beyond sugar cookies! She creates Carmen’s Plain New York Style Cheesecake, Chocolate Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache Topping, White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake with Strawberry Yogurt Topping and of course the delicious White Chocolate Pistachio Cream Tort.
